4.1 Transactional SMS
ioyoux may send SMS messages for transactional purposes, including event invitations, collaboration requests, and important account notifications. These messages are not marketing communications and are sent only when triggered by specific user actions.
4.2 Sender Responsibilities
When you invite someone via SMS through ioyoux, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the recipient's consent to provide their phone number for this purpose
- You have a legitimate relationship with the recipient (friend, family, colleague, or other personal connection)
- The phone number is accurate and belongs to the person you intend to invite
- You will not use this feature for unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or any form of harassment
4.3 Recipient Rights
Recipients of SMS invitations have the right to:
- Opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message
- Report unwanted messages to us for investigation
- Request their data be deleted from our systems
4.4 Message Frequency & Limits
SMS invitations are limited to transactional event-related messages only. We implement rate limiting to prevent abuse, and users who violate these terms may have their SMS privileges suspended or accounts terminated.
4.5 Data Handling

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ioyoux to:

- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. Intellectual Property
The ioyoux name, logo, and all content and materials on the Service are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Delaware for the resolution of any disputes.
